Guidelines

These are some of the following guidelines that we hope will help enhance your visit with us.

Covid Safety:

During these times we follow all guidelines to provide our client an environment that feels safe and comfortable. We clean and sanitize our rooms and building after each client. All staff members will wear a mask in the building for your safety.


Booking Policy:

All services are reserved with a $25 dollar NON-REFUNDABLE deposit or gift certificate to hold all appointments. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to appointment time to check in and complete an intake form. If you will be arriving late, please note that scheduled appointments will begin and end on time. This allows our therapist to accommodate other clients booked on the schedule in a timely manner. If you have multiple no shows you will be required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on FULL Services before appointment is booked. Pre-natal services require Physician's approval note.

Cancellation Policy:

To avoid service charges, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required on all services. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the cancellation 24 hour notice. Your deposit will be credited toward future service appointment. All no shows or last minute cancellation notice, less than 24 hour will forfeit your deposit. If using a gift certificate the value will be deducted $25 dollar from the total cost of service. For your convenience, 24 hour messaging is available just by texting or leaving a message. We will send notification and reminders.
